Duties
- Perform high-quality car washes using various techniques such as brush washing, pressure washing, and detailing to achieve a spotless finish
- Conduct oil changes efficiently while adhering to safety and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including janitorial duties like sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services offered, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with vehicle inspections to identify additional maintenance needs or issues requiring attention
Experience
- Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks demonstrating attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and buffers safely
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is advantageous for moving vehicles or assisting customers
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures like oil changes and other services is a plus but not mandatory
