Shift: 3rd (10:45pm–7:15am)
Our 3rd shift Tool & Die Makers keep the plant running smoothly overnight. If you like independence, solving complex tooling issues, and staying hands on with precision machining, this is your shift.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Lead die troubleshooting and repair during overnight production
- Maintain, inspect, and rebuild stamping dies and tooling
- Perform surface grinding, manual machining, CNC work, and EDM operations
- Fit, adjust, and align die components to tight tolerances
- Conduct test runs to validate die performance
- Document all PMs and repair activities
- Partner with production to keep presses running efficiently
What you need to Succeed
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years Tool & Die experience
- Experience with stamping dies (progressive/transfer preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading & die design interpretation
- Manual machining + CNC proficiency
- Ability to make independent tooling decisions
