Corporate Level Property Manager:
The JR Regional Manager oversees a portfolio of assigned communities to ensure, maintain, and improve all daily operations. Responsibilities include managing financial matters, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, preparing performance reports, handling and servings of legal notices, resolving tenant concerns, analyzing and preparing budgets, policy compliance and overseeing/managing staff. Ultimately, an outstanding Property Manager should be able to increase property value and exceed client expectations.
Education and/or Experience
· Must be familiar with Federal, State and Local policies, Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity Laws
· Experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
· Working knowledge of property regulations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
· Understanding of marketing and accounting principles.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Good customer service skills
· Must be able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy with successful completion in timely manner.
· Must have ability to effectively manage and complete sudden tasks and projects.
Requirements:
· Requires a current California Real Estate License.
· Must be willing and able to travel within California.
· Must be able to drive long distances to visit properties throughout the State, once or twice a month.
· Must have experience managing others.
· Must have experience working with and creating budgets and other high-level correspondence.
· Must be a team player and follow company policy and procedures.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Mathematical Skills
General proficiency in basic mathematical functionality. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Communication Skills
Must possess the communication skills, both verbal and written, needed to relay information to all other employees in a professional, positive, and constructive manner, such that all communication is clear, concise, and conclusive.

Must work harmoniously with all personnel, including all other departments, and follow all company rules, regulations and procedures associated with professional administrative methods and requirements.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform all of the physical requirements of the job, including walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting at a desk for long periods of time, typing, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, kneeling and lifting file boxes and traveling in varying outdoor weather conditions.
