2.7 August Apparel is looking for a Event Coordinator to join our creative team and help bring our concepts to life.

What you will do :
- Support Sales Representatives by managing customer inquiries and order requests while they are traveling or attending trade shows.
- Process and enter purchase orders, reorders, exchanges, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders placed through Faire and other wholesale platforms and ensure information is entered accurately into internal systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records across wholesale platforms and internal systems.
- Review inventory availability and communicate low-stock or sold-out items to the sales team.
- Help manage ATS inventory and support replenishment and reorder opportunities.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.
- Review and maintain customer information, order details, and account records.
- Complete data entry and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams regarding inventory issues, shipping concerns, and customer requests.
- Assist with showroom preparation, market follow-up activities, and special projects as assigned.
What we're looking for :
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or an administrative role (apparel or wholesale industry preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, order processing, and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems, wholesale platforms (such as Faire), Shopify, or inventory management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable troubleshooting order, inventory, and customer service issues while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support special projects as needed.
- Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday in Downtown Los Angeles.
