Springfield Motor Boat Club is looking for a prep cook to assist both the line cook and kitchen manager/lead line cook.
The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the success of this private club and providing the highest quality of food and service to the membership. Must be a team player with a positive attitude to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate clearly with team members
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Pride in cleanliness and kitchen standards
- Team-oriented mindsetmmunicate clearly with team members
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
