Pediatric Occupational Therapist | Part-Time or Full-Time | Austell, GA
A pediatric therapy clinic serving families throughout the Atlanta area is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support a growing caseload in Austell, Georgia. Our client base is primarily bilingual and multicultural families, and we are deeply committed to culturally responsive, family-centered care.
This role is ideal for an OT who values flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to steadily grow into a full-time schedule if desired. We welcome both experienced pediatric clinicians and newer licensed therapists seeking a supportive environment focused on professional growth and collaboration.
Position Options
- Part-time; Minimum availability required: 16–20 hours per week across at least two weekdays

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations
- Provide individualized, play-based therapy sessions
- Develop and update treatment plans based on measurable progress
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide clear parent coaching and home strategies
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to support coordinated care
Clinical Experience We Value

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Georgia Occupational Therapy license required
- Pediatric experience preferred
