Talent Sourcer (Manufacturing Recruiting)
Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid – 80% Remote / 20% Onsite)
Pay: $42.00–$46.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: 6 Months (Strong Potential for Extension)
About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support high-volume manufacturing recruiting for a leading electric vehicle manufacturer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying passive talent, building candidate pipelines, and using creative sourcing strategies to fill critical positions.
This position is heavily focused on sourcing rather than full-cycle recruiting. Success comes from identifying qualified candidates quickly, engaging passive talent, and consistently delivering high-quality pipelines. The role supports a fast-paced recruiting environment where speed, organization, and strong Boolean search skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and other recruiting platforms.
- Build talent pipelines for manufacturing and skilled trades positions.
- Develop and refine advanced Boolean searches.
- Partner with recruiters to support multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Maintain candidate activity within the ATS.
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement.
- Provide market intelligence and sourcing recommendations.
- Manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of agency recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting.
- Strong Boolean search experience required.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and ATS systems.
- Able to manage 20–25+ requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
