Level C Technician (Entry-Level)
Ideal for: Newer techs, trade school grads, or mechanically inclined individuals
Responsibilities:
Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics
Perform basic maintenance (oil changes, filters, greasing, inspections)
Learn to complete DOT inspections
Maintain tools and keep service truck organized
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
Basic mechanical knowledge (diesel preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Pay Range: $22–$26/hour (based on experience)

Level B Technician (Mid-Level)
Ideal for: Techs with solid experience who can work independently on most jobs
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
Complete DOT inspections and preventative maintenance services
Handle most service calls independently
Communicate clearly with customers on-site
Accurately document work performed
Requirements:
2–5+ years diesel repair experience
Strong diagnostic skills
Own basic set of tools
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
Ability to work independently
Pay Range: $26–$32/hour (based on experience)

Level A Technician (Senior / Lead Tech)
Ideal for: Highly experienced techs who can diagnose anything and lead others
Responsibilities:
Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, aftertreatment systems, etc.)
Handle complex repairs and problem jobs
Train and mentor junior technicians
Manage jobs from start to finish
Maintain high efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
5+ years diesel experience (heavy-duty preferred)
Expert-level diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
Strong work ethic and leadership ability
Own full set of tools
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
Pay Range: $32–$35+/hour (based on experience)
