Description:
Liberty Trailers is a leading manufacturer of high-quality trailers, committed to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler / Order Picker to support our warehouse and production teams by ensuring materials are delivered accurately and efficiently throughout the facility.

Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the warehouse and production areas.

Deliver materials to designated departments in a timely manner to support production.

Pick, sort, and stage materials according to work orders while ensuring accuracy.

Ensure materials are stored in the correct warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory organization.

Load and unload materials from the floor, racks, and parts trains.

Perform daily pre-operational inspections and safety checks on forklifts and report any issues immediately.

Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly physical inventory counts.

Verify material quantities and maintain accurate inventory counts.

Keep assigned warehouse areas, weld lines, and material storage locations clean, organized, and free of debris.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.

Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Previous forklift experience required.

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.

Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic computer skills.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.
