We are looking for a Document Administrator to join our team! This position will be based at our Grand Prairie site. As a member o the Smart Infrastructure organization, you will be an individual contributor responsible for creating engaging, clear, and compelling content the strengthens communication across all levels of employees at the site, showcases the positive engagement and experiences happening across the plant, and highlights customer visits and key moments within the Electrical Products business. The role focuses on making communication approachable, engaging, and impactful through active involvement, storytelling, and creative content across digital and print platforms.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Collaborating with the Quality Control team and storage space vent to organize, digitalize and archive quality document records.
- May check documents on formal aspects.
- Collaborate with leadership team to capture and document progress on newsletter communication.
- Sent recurrent reports of newsletter communication tracker to managers and supervisors.
- Provide support to localize and facilitate archived quality control documents to the Warranty, Quality and Engineering teams.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English Language.
- Must be able to reach, grasp, lift and move 25 lbs.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with multifunctional teams.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
