This is not a call center or captive sales position. As an independent Medicare agent, you'll build your own client base through networking, referrals, community outreach, educational events, and approved marketing while earning commissions directly from participating carriers.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
As a Street-Level Medicare Agent, you'll be responsible for building your own book of business while helping Medicare beneficiaries make informed healthcare decisions.
You will:
- Build your own Medicare business through networking, referrals, community outreach, educational events, and approved marketing.
- Meet with Medicare-eligible clients in person, virtually, or over the phone.
- Educate beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plan options.
- Conduct compliant needs assessments and enroll qualified clients.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and annual policy reviews.
- Generate referrals through outstanding customer service and long-term client relationships.
