We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused System Engineer to join our team and support a diverse client base across modern cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and AI technologies.

What You'll Do
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for client environments.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, networks, printers, and business applications.
- Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and Azure environments.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration.
- Monitor and respond to system, backup, and security alerts.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and technology deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop and support automations using Power Automate, PowerShell, APIs, and related technologies.
- Utilize approved AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve efficiency, documentation, research, and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Qualifications
Required
- 1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent.
