CNC Machine Operator
7am-3:30pm, M-F

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts while maintaining safety and quality standards. Seeking individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing precision parts, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other CNC machining equipment.
- Read and interpret work instructions.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations throughout production.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as rulers to ensure specifications are met.
- Make machine adjustments and tool offsets as needed to maintain quality.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, such as checking/changing coolant and oil, changing filters, etc.
- Notify Production Supervisor of needs, i.e. needing supplies, safety concerns, or issues that could delay meeting deadlines.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred.
- Mathematics knowledge such as reading rulers, adding fractions, multiplication, etc.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
