The Gilbert Center for Family Medicine is a successful family practice clinic in Gilbert, AZ with a focus on delivering exceptional care and positive experiences for our patients. We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our excellent team in a high. This vital member of the care team will work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals to meet the needs of patients.

Qualifications
- Maintain a current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the State of Arizona.
- Must be licensed and eligible to practice in the State of Arizona by start date.
- Maintain a current and valid federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate to prescribe controlled substances
- Minimum of 2 years Advanced Practice Provider experience in a Primary Care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained.

- Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills required. Ability to manage time and stress effectively and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting required.
- Clinically competent; possess and exercise the degree of learning, skill, and care ordinarily possessed and exercised by a member of the appropriate discipline in clinical practice.
- Must know limits and make appropriate referrals in situations beyond the practitioner’s ability, training, and education.
- Must be compassionate, conscientious, and meticulous, as well as possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability including mentorship, teaching and quality improvement desired.
- Strong computer skills in an Electronic Medical Record.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
