Job Description:
As a Whitecap Car Wash Sales Specialist, you will work with an amazing Whitecap team in a fun environment, while spending most of your time connecting with our customers at the pay station. You will work to help the team by providing an exceptional experience for every customer that comes on the lot. We emphasize building trusting relationships with our customers as they trust us with one of their most valuable assets, their car! A typical day would consist of informing our customers of our membership packages upon arrival at the site, helping the customer pick the package that fits their needs, and sending them off with a smile in addition to a clean, shiny, and dry car! This role has an hourly pay rate as well as commission for every membership package sold. There is NO LIMIT to the commission you can make!
Primary Duties:
· Inform all guests of our membership packages, ongoing promotions, and monthly savings of memberships
· Build relationships with new and current members to grow and retain the Whitecap family
· Provide an exceptional customer experience for every guest, every day through connecting, listening, and responding to their needs
· Contribute to accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly task lists
· Follow company policies consistently
· Ensure all areas of the property are clean, including the car wash tunnel, office and parking area
Job Requirements:
· Ability to work outside and stand for long periods of time
· Regular physical mobility including, reaching, grabbing and lifting
· Ability to lift minimum 25 pounds unassisted
Benefits:
· Hourly Rate Range $12.00 - $14.00 plus (based on experience)
