Compensation: $16/hr - $18/hr

Do you love caring for newborns and supporting families during those early weeks and months? Are you calm, dependable, and comfortable providing overnight infant care?
We’re seeking experienced caregivers to join our sitter service, providing newborn and overnight infant care for families in Casa Adobes and throughout the Tucson area. This role is ideal for sitters who want flexible scheduling while focusing on infant care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for newborns and young infants
- Support feeding routines and bottle care
- Follow safe sleep practices during overnight shifts
- Soothe, swaddle, and support infant sleep routines
- Follow family Care Guides
- Assist with light infant-related tasks (bottles, diapers, tidying nursery)
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of professional childcare experience (outside of family/friends)
- Have hands-on newborn experience
- Are reliable, flexible, and professional
- Are confident with safe infant care practices
- Are 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and have reliable transportation
- Can pass a background check
