The Project Administrative Assistant supports project managers, superintendents, and field crews by handling the administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks required to keep underground utility and site utility projects running smoothly. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication between the office, field, clients, and vendors.
General Background/Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience in construction administration required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to take initiative.
