Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast, by Curio is a stunning waterfront destination located in Southwest Florida, offering the perfect blend of luxury and leisure. With 785 guest rooms and more than 60,000 square feet of event and meeting space, the resort is designed to accommodate both upscale leisure getaways and dynamic business gatherings. What you will have an opportunity to do:
The Golf Service Assistant is responsible for – assisting the Professional Staff with all golf shop activities and is responsible for ensuring guests receive outstanding customer service, which meets or exceeds their expectations. The Golf Service Assistant will play an integral part in providing a memorable golf experience for our resort guests.
All duties are performed in accordance with department and Sunseeker Resort & Aileron Golf Club policies, practices, and procedures.
JOB DUTIES:

Delivers and promotes prompt, outstanding service to all resort guests and legacy members.

Stage pre-loaded golf carts for daily play. Confirm all beverage packages are loaded in staged carts.

Prepares and maintains driving range, checking periodically throughout the day for restock and picking needs

Cordially greet incoming guests coming in from self-park and resort transportation.

Load and unload golf bags from incoming and outgoing transportation.
- Tag inbound bags and store accordingly or promptly get to the staging area ready for play.

Guide guests to designated facilities.

Show awareness to where golfers are on property and anticipate the next course of action.

Wash and detail each cart after each round played to ensure finest presentation.

Count, clean and ensure all rental sets are accounted for after each round. Store accordingly.

Always maintain cleanliness or orderliness of outside areas and employee restrooms.

Empty trash when necessary as well as the end of the shift.

Maneuver golf carts at a safe speed around the club and around guests always.

Work in conjunction with the professional staff and starter.

Communicate special requests to the team for added assistance.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in private or resort club, preferably with golf background.

Knowledge and an understanding of the game of golf.
OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
