Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team.
In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with varying needs, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, meal preparation, medication administration, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages independence and personal growth.
Qualifications
- Basic first aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents, their families, and other staff members.
- A caring attitude with a commitment to enhancing the lives of those you support.
- Must be able to pass a background test and drug screening.
Full Time 32-36 hours per week; every other weekend and evening hours.
