AYC Media is currently seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, a self starter and possess experience managing digital projects successfully. Responsibilities include client/account management and overseeing project schedules, deliverables, scope, budget and launches. The candidate must have strong communication and presentation skills to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
JOB OVERVIEW
- Proactively manage timeline throughout the project lifecycle
- Be accountable for projects being completed on time, within budget and without errors
- Communicate weekly status updates, author project plans and present project deliverables to client facing teams
- Communicate project specifications with development teams
- Lead Quality Control testing sessions prior to product launches
- Participate in agency blog posts and industry related events
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing projects in the digital space
- Strongly motivated to succeed in a dynamic team driven environment
- Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while coordinating client solutions
- Proven track record with client management expertise
- Participate in development of industry best practices and continuous improvement
- Strategic and conceptual thinker
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Trello, Jira and Zendesk
- HTML/CSS
