Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
- Promote and explain our retail offerings, including financial products such as loans or banking services when applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using cash management and cashiering procedures, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using retail math skills and financial software systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through loan processing or banking inquiries.
- Maintain organized sales areas, restock merchandise, and ensure displays are attractive and inviting.
- Support the team with cash register operations, 10-key typing tasks, and daily cash management responsibilities.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations.
- Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus but training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you excel in this energetic environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude is highly valued.
