La Grande Orange is looking for a highly organized, visually driven Merchandising Coordinator to help keep our retail store full, fresh, and inspiring.
This is not a stockroom job and it’s not a traditional retail sales position.
We’re looking for someone who notices when a display feels picked over, spots opportunities to improve a category, and gets excited about making a store look its best. You’ll be responsible for helping merchandise flow from our warehouse to the sales floor quickly and thoughtfully while maintaining the visual standards our guests expect.
This role is perfect for someone who loves retail, has strong merchandising instincts, and enjoys working with both product and people.
What You’ll Do
· Walk the store daily and identify product gaps and replenishment needs
· Ensure top-selling merchandise stays stocked and presentation-ready
· Coordinate with our warehouse team to prioritize incoming and replenishment merchandise
· Review sales reports and product performance to identify opportunities
· Assist with merchandising new product launches and seasonal transitions
· Take photos and document merchandising opportunities
· Create and maintain compelling product displays along with the Floor Supervisor.
· Help ensure merchandise moves from receiving to the sales floor in a timely manner
· Support inventory accuracy through communication and organization
· Work closely with the buyer and leadership team to keep the store fresh and exciting

· Is comfortable using sales reports and basic retail metrics

· Can lift and move merchandise as needed

Compensation
$24-$26 per hour depending on experience.
