Who we seek
Looking for a smart, resourceful problem solver who wants more than a narrow corporate role. You do not need to be a technocrat.
In this position, you’ll work across e-commerce, product data, AI, analytics, CRM, and business systems to improve how customers shop and how our company operates.
Your work will have a visible, measurable impact.
Why This Role Is Different
You’ll have the opportunity to work across technology, e-commerce, AI, data, operations, and business strategy rather than being confined to one narrow function.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to build a highly valuable combination of technical, analytical, and business skills while making a meaningful contribution to a growing company.
If you like solving complicated problems, learning new technologies, using AI to work smarter, and seeing the direct results of your work, we’d like to hear from you.

Build Better Systems. Improve the Customer Experience. Make a Measurable Impact.
We’re not a huge corporation where it takes six months to make a change. We’re also not an early-stage startup operating in constant chaos.
We’re an established, growing company with experience, a solid foundation, and a plan for the future. We’re looking for someone who wants the opportunity to improve real systems, solve meaningful problems, and help shape how we use technology and AI to grow.

- Identify inefficient processes and develop better solutions
- Use AI tools to research, analyze, automate, and accelerate your work
- Organize complex product and business data
- Connect information from multiple systems and data sources
- Improve the online customer experience

- Analyze the financial impact and ROI of alternative solutions
- Build and improve reporting structures
