Overview
We are seeking an experienced energetic Bar and Restaurant Manager to lead our team! This pivotal role combines management expertise with a passion for exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining and bar experiences. Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including service flow, staff scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, food handling, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service best practices.
- Oversee inventory control, food safety management, and adherence to health regulations to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and manage shift reports.
- Coordinate food production, banquet services, and bar operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, ongoing training & development, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor profit and loss analysis to optimize costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food/ bar safety protocols and sanitation standards across all departments.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership in supervising hospitality teams and managing kitchen operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing customer feedback and implementing innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences. Experience
- Proven management experience in food service management or restaurant management roles within casual dining.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams within fast-paced quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food cost management.
- Experience managing hospitality teams in diverse settings including hotel restaurants or catering services is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of training staff effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with culinary techniques

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
