Now Hiring: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Rosemont, IL 60018
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain operations through order management, inventory analysis, supplier coordination, and reporting. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, managing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth inventory and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage purchase orders, forecasted orders, and order adjustments.
- Track inbound shipments and coordinate delivery appointments.
- Analyze inventory, sales, and order discrepancies and prepare variance reports.
- Maintain supplier portals and resolve system-related issues.
- Verify supplier order confirmations and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with Operations to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare reports and ensure timely updates across supply chain systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or GED with 2+ years of data entry or supply chain experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with large datasets, inventory records, and SKUs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar ERP/planning systems.
- Experience in the food, beverage, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
