New Hampshire | Full-Time Leadership Position
Encore Metal Roofing & Construction is seeking an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of roofing and exterior
construction projects from sales handoff through completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically capable
construction professional who can manage schedules, people, subcontractors, quality and project profitability.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the master production schedule and active project backlog.
- Supervise and develop Project Managers, field personnel and subcontractors.
- Review contracts, scopes, estimates, measurements and project handoffs before mobilization.
- Coordinate job readiness, materials, deliveries, subcontractors and site logistics.
- Perform quality-control inspections and enforce Encore/manufacturer standards.
- Identify field problems, make decisions and drive corrective action.
- Monitor job costs, schedule performance, change orders and gross-margin preservation.
- Resolve elevated customer, subcontractor and production issues.
- Manage punch lists, callbacks, final inspections and project closeout.
- Lead production meetings and report performance directly to ownership.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong roofing/exterior construction knowledge is preferred, including metal and asphalt roofing, flashing/waterproofing, siding,
exterior trim, framing/carpentry, construction sequencing, material takeoffs and job costing.
- 5+ years construction experience preferred
- Prior Production Manager, Construction Manager, Senior PM or Superintendent experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors
- Ability to read scopes, plans, measurements and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, organization and technology skills
- Valid driver's license
