Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various facilities. If you are detail-oriented and take pride in creating a clean environment, we want to hear from you.
Must work weekends.
Must be able to pass a FBI background check
Must have DL
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Must walk garage and pick up trash/ debris
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
- Clean Helix’s of garage
Skills
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in various settings such as facilities offices and Parking Garage
- Familiarity with custodial duties and facilities maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to clean efficiently
- Previous experience in porter or janitorial roles is a plus
- Must be okay with working outisde 90% of the time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
