Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and work effectively in a shop environment. This role involves assembling and fabricating components using various welding techniques and power tools, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. We require our welders to put out the highest quality product. Must have 2-3 years Tig welding experience on aluminum and stainless. Must have 2-3 fabrication experience. If you can not TIG weld aluminum and stainless please do not apply.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Utilize Tig and Mig welding techniques to fabricate metal components.
- Assemble fabricated parts according to specifications and ensure structural integrity.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively, including micrometers for precise measurements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents related to fabrication projects.
- Experience using power tools, plasma cutting equipment, and measuring instruments such as micrometers.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations in fabrication tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
