We are currently seeking a Lead Brake Press Operator for an immediate opening in Byron Center, MI. This role operates on the 1st shift and offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.00.
Core Duties

Required Qualifications

Completion of High School Diploma or GED.

Proven background in leadership or supervision within a manufacturing setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of departmental workflows and technical requirements.

Experience working with sheet metal and operating brake press machinery.

Proficiency in English communication.

Physical capability to remain standing for extended durations and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Possession of a valid driver’s license and potential requirement for hi-lo certification.
