We are hiring CDL-A company drivers for long-haul, nationwide routes. This position offers consistent miles, modern equipment, and a pay structure that rewards safe and reliable driving.
Drivers who maintain a strong safety record have opportunities for pay increases and additional earnings through performance-based incentives.
- OTR runs across the continental U.S.
- Long-haul freight with consistent availability
- Home time averages ~5 days per month (scheduled in advance)

No touch freight + 70% drop & hook
- Starting pay: $0.50–$0.65 CPM (loaded & empty, includes per diem)
- Pay increases based on safe driving performance
- First pay review after 30 days accident-free
Additional reviews conducted regularly based on performance

Weekly Guarantee (Eligibility-Based):
- Eligible drivers may receive up to $1,000 gross weekly pay
- Applies after 30 days of employment
- Based on working full schedule and meeting safety/performance standards
- Guarantee is calculated over a rolling 4-week average
