Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in Pendleton, SC!
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain assigned looms for fabric breaks to splice material together for continuous work flow
- Splice in correct filling per the lot card on the loom
- Monitor, change fabric spools and thread to maintain work flow
- Completing daily team maintenance (DTM) activities
- Maintaining cleanliness of the airbag side of the plant by sweeping, picking up string waste, and properly disposing filling cones
- Liaising with previous and next lines of production of any stoppage or down time for machine maintenance
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50lbs unassisted.
- Must have at least 1 year manufacturing exp.
- Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Basic math skills including measurement
- Ability to work with small hand tools
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
Shift: 3rd Shift
Pay: $17.62
