Duties
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to promote teamwork and accountability
- Complete weekly update reports
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment
- Oversee weekly inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance their experience
- Implement health and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and company policies
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar environment
- Strong background in cleaning techniques including floor care, janitorial practices, and industrial cleaning methods
- Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service standards, and hospitality best practices
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in custodial or janitorial roles
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
