This position leads collections for membership, childcare, and program receivables, with a focus on resolving declined credit card transactions, ACH/bank draft returns, and chargebacks. Managing a team of six, this role is responsible for improving cash collections, reducing delinquency, and enhancing the member experience through process improvement and automation.
