Automotive Sales & Manager
We are a used car Automotive Dealer Group located in Marietta as well as Kennesaw Georgia. We are seeking full time Automotive Sales Manager that will fill the role. Must have F&I Manager & Sales Manager experience in a new car franchise dealership. Used independent dealer experience also preferred.
IMMEDIATE OPENING
- Must be well versed in generating sales via CRM leads
- Must have amazing communication skills in both oral and written forms.
- Must be have strong negotiation and closing skills
- Must have the ability and the appropriate attitude to resolve all customer issues.
- Must be able to provide financial services to automotive customers; loan origination, approval, contracting, funding etc.
- Must be able to hire, manage and train sales personnel
- Must be able to learn and adapt quickly to a changing environment
- Must be able to clearly/accurately present and sell aftermarket products
- Thorough knowledge of and compliance with dealership procedures and legal automotive requirements. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Proficiency required in the following systems: CRM/DMS/F&I Contracting System/Inventory Management

Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- DEALERTRACK: 3 years (Required)
- VAUTO: 3 years (Required)
- Automotive Finance: 2 years (Required)
- DRIVECENTRIC: 3 years (Preferred)
