About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director / Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and market presence across North America. This is a key leadership role where you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to build a scalable growth engine and strengthen our position in the restaurant SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to boost visibility, credibility, and engagement.
- Lead multi-channel digital marketing efforts, including SEM, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Create and manage product marketing assets, such as launch campaigns, case studies, videos, brochures, and sales enablement materials.
- Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives, industry events, and PR activities to amplify our brand presence.
- Build, manage, and mentor the marketing team, while overseeing relationships with external agencies and contractors.
- Establish and monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, MQLs, etc.) and generate performance reports for continuous improvement.
- Support Sales with aligned marketing campaigns and implement scalable systems for lead nurturing and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or POS-related industries.
- Expertise in tools like HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong brand-building and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to create differentiated marketing assets.
- Leadership experience managing at least a 2-person marketing team and working cross-functionally with other departments.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong writing and visual communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: USD $120,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus + equity incentive: 0.25% – 1%
