Medicina Scarlett, LLC | Southwest Detroit, MI
Full-Time | Starting at $125,000+ | Negotiable Based on Experience
Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
Medicina Scarlett is growing! We are hiring multiple Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) as we prepare to open our new 8,600-square-foot location in October 2026.
We are an independent, community-focused practice serving a diverse population in Southwest Detroit, including a large Spanish-speaking community. Our expanded model will combine comprehensive family primary care with urgent/acute care, providing our clinicians with the opportunity to practice across the lifespan while managing both chronic and acute conditions.
What Makes Our Practice Different
Our expanded facility will offer:
- Family primary care
- Urgent and acute care
- Pediatrics through geriatrics
- In-house digital X-ray
- In-house ultrasound
- IV hydration and iron infusion services
- Women's health
- BHRT and hormone optimization
- Medical weight management
- In-office procedures
- Preventive and chronic disease care
- Same-day and walk-in visits
- Vaccinations and pediatric preventive care
For providers, this creates an opportunity to practice a diverse range of medicine without being limited to a traditional primary care or urgent care setting.
You can build long-term relationships with your patients while still having the clinical variety and challenge of evaluating acute conditions.
Providers joining us during this expansion will also have the opportunity to help shape the culture, workflows, and clinical standards of our expanded organization.
Medicina Scarlett participates in the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program and ARVON ACO, with a strong commitment to preventive medicine, closing care gaps, chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and accessible healthcare.
