We are looking for crafts people with the following qualities and or abilities:
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills.
- Good balance and physical strength.
- Prompt attendance.
- Knowledge of the painting techniques related to the services we provide, and to be responsible to gain the required knowledge. Be proactive and ask questions.
- A winning attitude in all circumstances.
- Follow Work Orders through satisfactory completion.
- Ensure time clock punches are accurate and notes are captured correctly.
- Establish good working relationships with other team members.
- Foster positive communications and relationships with clients and vendors.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a constant state of awareness and in a safe manner.
- Frequent standing, walking, and climbing ladders for long periods.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, do repetitive tasks, etc.
- Be able to lift loads of 60lbs.
- Ability to work on ladders and roofs up to 32 feet off the ground.
- Must be able to use technologies, such as smart phone applications.
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
