A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking a Corporate IT Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and its outsourced IT provider.
This is a hands-on, project-oriented role responsible for coordinating technology initiatives, supporting facilities and corporate offices, and ensuring IT issues are addressed efficiently. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and an excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between end users and the organization's IT vendor. This is not an in-house IT support position, but rather a coordination and relationship management role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and its outsourced IT provider
- Coordinate IT support for multiple skilled nursing facilities, two corporate offices, and ancillary businesses
- Track and manage IT projects from initiation through completion
- Prioritize and escalate technology issues as needed
- Coordinate new employee technology setup and equipment requests
- Assist with technology rollouts, upgrades, and system implementations
- Work closely with leadership to identify technology needs and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up between users and the IT provider
Qualifications
- Prior experience coordinating IT operations, technology projects, or vendor relationships required
- Healthcare or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and business systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with employees at all levels
- Ability to travel to facilities and corporate offices as needed
