Lead Teacher (Bilingual) – Early Learning & ECEAP Program
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Our Childcare & Preschool is seeking a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our growing early learning team. We are a bilingual childcare and preschool program that proudly provides Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) services to support children and families in our community.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Conduct ongoing observations and assessments of children's progress
- Maintain positive relationships with families and provide regular communication
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing, ECEAP, and program requirements
- Promote inclusion, diversity, and cultural responsiveness in the classroom
Qualifications
- Experience working in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early learning setting
- Ability to lead a classroom and mentor assistant teachers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish strongly encouraged)
- Knowledge of ECEAP, Head Start, or similar early childhood programs is a plus
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Must meet Washington State licensing requirements for a Lead Teacher position
