Job Overview
Join our local team as a Delivery Driver at Galesville LTC Pharmacy, where you will ensure timely and safe deliveries of essential medications to our facilities. You will be responsible for transporting prescriptions and maintaining accurate delivery records. This role will perform deliveries between 5:45pm and 10:30pm Monday through Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift every 6 weeks from 12pm to 5pm. One to four shifts per week are available, with likelihood of additional opportunities if desired.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver medications, supplies, and pharmacy products to various locations.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients professionally and ensuring their needs are met during each delivery.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during route driving to guarantee safe transportation at all times.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to lift and carry 20lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
