We service residential heating and air conditioning systems throughout the Tallahassee area and provide our technicians with the tools, support, and steady call volume needed to succeed. AZ Plumbing & Air offers HVAC and plumbing services across multiple Florida markets. AZ Plumbing & Air
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems
- Service all major HVAC brands
- Replace capacitors, contactors, fan motors, blower motors, thermostats, TXVs, evaporator coils, condensers, air handlers, compressors, and mini-split systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration issues
- Explain repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners
- Complete digital work orders, invoices, and job documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and inventory
- Follow EPA regulations, Florida code requirements, and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Experience using mobile dispatch software is a plus
- Home warranty experience is a plus
- NATE Certification is a plus, but not required
