- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to supervise others effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to repair and maintenance a/c and heating units
- experience in pool maintenance helpful
