FULL TIME Hours: 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. ~ Monday - Friday
Starting Pay up to $16.00 - $26.00 - Based on Experience

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements
- DSP certified or the ability to become certified through our paid training
- A high school diploma or GED
- Lift 50 lbs
- Pass a criminal background check
*****Valid driver’s license and clean driving record****
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Duties
- Assist individuals with personal care needs – all ADL’s
- Assisting with all household task, meal preparation cooking and cleaning; maintain a safe and healthy home environment that encourage learning.
- Monitor individuals and engage in redirection.
- Document individual’s activities, concerns and progress notes as required.
- Participate in and out-of-home activities which may include driving company vehicles.
- Provide an Abuse and Neglect free environment at all times.
