Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $2,200
- Annual pay: $67,600 – $114,400
- Mileage Pay: $0.60 CPM
- Average Weekly Miles: 1,500 - 2,500
- $300 Orientation Completion Bonus

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Clean and verifiable driving record
- No SAP participation or DUI history
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Must live within commuting distance of Lafayette, CO
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned OTR routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections before every trip
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Communicate regularly with dispatch to ensure efficient operations
