About Us
Specialized ECU Repair is a niche automotive electronics company that repairs, exchanges, and sells ECU, immobilizer, key, and control modules for Porsche, Ferrari, BMW, and select Maserati vehicles. We work with dealerships, independent shops, and private owners of some of the most iconic cars on the road.
This is not a mechanic position. We don't get dirty repairing vehicles. Our team works in an office and electronics lab environment, helping customers identify their vehicle issues, understand the repair process, and get their cars back on the road. If you've ever been curious about the technology behind high-performance cars, this is a front-row seat to how it all works.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representative who is comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email, working with web-based systems, and learning about automotive electronics.
This role is a strong fit for someone with customer service, phone sales, service advisor, parts counter, technical support, or automotive experience.

- Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally

Who This Role Is Best For
This position is a great fit for someone who:
- Is naturally curious. You want to understand how things work, not just follow a script. The more you learn about our products and process, the better you get at helping customers, and that progression is what keeps the job interesting.
- Cares about getting better. You're looking for a place where your growth matters, and you're willing to put in the effort to earn it. When you see something that could work better, you bring it up.
- Takes pride in how they show up. We work with dealerships, collectors, and high-profile vehicle owners. Professionalism in how you communicate and present yourself goes a long way here.
- Leads with patience, not frustration. Customers reach out because something is wrong with their car. The people who do well in this role are the ones who listen first, understand the situation, and focus on getting to a solution.
- Values their time and everyone else's. We handle a lot of jobs and a lot of communication every day. You know how to stay on task, and you understand that some days the work doesn't wrap up perfectly at 5:00.
- Keeps moving without being told to. We're a growing company, not a maintenance operation. If you're the type of person who finds the next thing to do when the queue is clear, you'll fit right in.
This role may not be the right fit if you're looking for:
- Remote or hybrid work
- A low-volume, minimal-phone position
- Hands-on mechanic or repair work
- A role with a strict clock-in, clock-out pace
