Concrete Foreman – Commercial & Industrial Flatwork

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong concrete experience and the ability to manage crews, coordinate daily activities, and maintain production and quality standards on active jobsites.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead concrete crews on commercial and industrial flatwork projects
- Coordinate daily work activities and ensure crews stay on schedule
- Oversee concrete placement, finishing, setup, forms, and related work
- Ensure quality workmanship and safe work practices on site
- Assist crews as needed with hands-on concrete work
- Communicate with site management and coordinate manpower and materials
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman required
- Strong background in commercial and industrial concrete flatwork
- Ability to lead crews and manage daily production
- Knowledge of concrete finishing, forms, and general concrete operations
- Reliable transportation and strong leadership skills
Schedule & Project Details
- 45+ hours per week
- Temp-to-permanent opportunity

- No per diem offered
PPE & Tools Required
- Use of Basic PPE such as hard hat, steel toe boots, gloves, glasses and vest
- Concrete hand tools
Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
