Job Summary
Northland Staffing Solutions is hiring customer-facing Store Representatives for our client in Burnsville and Mankato. The role combines customer service, parts sales/support, order entry, and light warehouse duties. Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a dependable work ethic. Pay ranges from $21–$22/hr with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:
- Assist retail customers with parts identification and cross-referencing
- Enter customer orders into the system
- Help will-call customers and complete paperwork
- Pull and package parts as needed
- Provide product recommendations and solve application-related issues
- Process invoices and customer payments (purchase orders, credit cards, etc.)
- Troubleshoot order and fulfillment issues
