**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong background in medical support services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform basic clinical tasks including taking vital signs, blood draws, preparing patients for exams, and administering medications
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical coding
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care
**Requirements:**
- Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting
- Experience in internal medicine, general medicine, or hospital medicine preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care with compassion and empathy
- Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
