Pay: $38–$45/hour (based on experience)
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Sanger, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLPA looking for a flexible, part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact on students' communication success.
Position Details
2026–2027 school year
Part-time schedule – 14 hours per week
School-based setting
Caseload details provided during the interview
Collaborative team environment with support from licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
Responsibilities
Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
Provide direct therapy services to students
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Assist with preparing therapy materials and activities
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
Follow all California SLPA supervision guidelines
Qualifications
Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the supervising SLP
