Primary Responsibilities:
Leads and manages the integrated plan for the respective business work streams
Facilitate workshop to Articulates out of the box of Guidewire products for joint session with all the stakeholders
Plan execute and deliver the requirements end to end Work with technical teams to define estimate and document requirements
Facilitate workshop for planning solutioning and track overall execution of work items
Conduct requirement session with stakeholders to define business process and sales flows to depict intermittent and final state of Policycenter
Conduct standups code review test reviews Involved in deep dive sessions throughout of project execution
Supports identification of needed Business project team members ensures those resources execute according to plan controls and manages scope and schedule
Aligns the multiple business teams and is responsible for driving completion of plan and deliverables
Accountable for creation of the plan to achieve phase objectives
Accountable for aligning business resources and overall business implementation plan and ensuring day to day goals and objectives are understood
Responsible for identifying appropriate individuals for deliverables sign off and managing approvals
Supports the documentation of the business case Identification of the KPIs and establishment of benefit realization metrics
Communicates with Program Manager and assists with program initiatives
Provide business related Subject Matter Expertise across the entire Guidewire Value Chain
Coordinate and participate in key meetings and oversee project progress and day to day project activities
Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to uncover gaps in solution design and recommended changes
Escalates and assists in resolution of identified issuesrisks and scope management
Provides project business input and facilitates joint review and approval of workshop outputs
Supports the reach out to other resources within the Business Community as required to obtain specialized knowledge
Must be in Jax client office
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
